Exchange and Return

The exchange or return is accepted and carried out under the following conditions:
The product must be returned in new conditions and without signs of use within 15 days after the receiving of the order.

 

The product must be returned in its original package with all the respective components to the sender address.

In case of return, you must state the reason why you do not like our product.

Upon the receive of the product and verified its good condition, the value will be fully credited by the same way it was paid.
